The most likely diagnosis in your case is chronic migraine
If you are having frequent headaches (more than twice a month), you should also start preventive medications such as flunarizine
, beta blockers, topiramate
, divalproex, etc. With these medicines, your headache frequency will reduce.
If the headache is not responding to the above, botox therapy is also recommended.
