Constant headache. MRI done. Feel unbalanced, pressure. Temples are sore and tender. What could this be?

I am 52 I have been having headaches since last June....I wake up with one and go to bed with one...I have had MRI , And MRI with contrast.....I feel unbalanced, head pressure, and a sore doctor is at a lose...I am in pain and can't function or think straight....please help me.....sometimes when I wake my temples. Feel as if someone kicked me...they are sore and tender
