I went through your problem description. You are right. You were throughh a lot of stress
recently and this could be a mild form of Post Trumatic Stress disorder (PTSD
) though in your case there is no trauma but stress. Anyhow it could just be stress disorder. All the symptoms you mention are common for stress disorders.
What you need now is relaxation for atleast a week. I suggest a vacation to a place where you should be free from stress nd you can enjoy, preferably with your family. Let us forget the stress of life and suggest self that we are in this earth for being happy always.
After coming back from vacation, you should feel much better. Then visit a psychotherapist and get advice to streamline life so that you are not stressed in the future. Yoga
