OBGYN 's  Response

Your symptoms may be because of pregnancy or because of progesterone levels due to late period. It is difficult to diagnose only on the basis of symptoms without examination and test.

I will suggest you to take a urine pregnancy test or a serum beta HCG test to confirm the pregnancy.
