Constant BP Being At 40 When Not On Oxygen. History Of Having Brain Surgery. Any Ideas?

My cousins blood pressure is always at 40 unless she is on oxgen she had brain surgery a few months ago and was doing good now this is happening what could the cause of this be she said something about Herophy I looked this up and could not find anything She is only 39 do you have any ideas what is causing this Thank You Linda Secord

I am sorry to say that your question is not valid it is not kike that 40 blood pressure it does not create any sens the blood comes in some unit like mm/Hg with two phase systolic and diastolic, have good day.
