Consistent stomach cramps, swelling and numbness on the left side. Cause and remedy?

I have been feeling stomach cramps for a few days. Kind of like I might get diarhhea. Today I had severe upper abdominal pain in the middle. That was about 4 hours ago. It has been constant, but I was in tears when it first started. Now I either have swelling or slight numbness on my left side. I dont think I can make another bowel movement .
