Consistent flu symptoms since a month, stubborn congestion. Cause?

I got flu type simptoms right after new years 2013. Bad cough , Fatigue ,Nasal drainage , Low fever or none. Sleep and rest was all I could do. Any activity caused me to have exertion. It is lasting now into February. What is the name of this flu. I rattle on with conjestion in my longs and no medicine seems to shake. Dr. just ordered a puffer for my cough. What is this

You may be suffering from Bronchitis due to post viral inflammation of the airways.

You need X ray of the chest.

Continue you puff. It will help in bronchodilation and reduce the inflammation.
