Consistent bloating, stomach protrudes post heavy meal. Suggestions?

I am a 21 year old boy and have bloated as long as i can remember but i am skinny, i know its not the cardio because i have worked so hard but i am always bloated. my stomach protrudes out most when i drink a lot or eat a big meal but even without that, my stomach still is out and i have never had it flat once in my life. please help.

From history it seems that as you are weak body built, you might be having thin and weak abdominal recti muscle resulting of bulging of your stomach.
Take high protein diet like butter, ghee, puddiings, eggs, pulses, cheese, panier etc.
This will build your abdominal muscles and tone.
Do abdominal recti muscle exercise daily and regularly.
Avoid fried and junk food.
