Congenital Nevi On Foot, Irregular Shape, Changing Colour, Hurts

Hi I have a birthmark on my foot I think its a congenital nevi I have had it from birth. In length its 5cm and width 5cm. The borders are very irregular and have started to grow where its has grown the border is hazy. Its also changing colour it was dark brown but now has some black patches inside. It also hurts, I say hurts but I can feel it there more than I could before. What do you think it is?

hi congenital nevi becoming darker, harder and irregular can be cancerous changes especially melanomatous changes.go for biopsy to confirm those changes.there is less chance of congenital naevi to be cancerous but it can happen.if carcinomatous changes are seen consult a oncologist for further treatment
