Confused about pregnancy tests. what can i do ?

I am 2 weeks late with my period. I have taken 6 pregnancy tests , 2 neg, 2 pos, 2 neg. I have a lot of pregnancy symptoms ; needing the toilet more, heavy, sore breasts with enlarged bumpy nipples, veins running across both breasts, lack of appetite, constipation . i have seen my GP this morning who did another test which was negative. She says I am showing all the symptoms of pregnancy and has advised I wait 2 weeks to see if I get my period. If I have suffered a miscarriage or the foetus hasn t attached, would I have not have had a period or bleed to expel it. I have had no bleeding but do have increased vaginal mucus which is clear. Please help, feel confused and unwell.

welcome to healthcaremagic

you may go for beta hcg estimation and consult gynecologist. an internal examination will be helpful. usg exam will also be helpful.consult gynecologist and follow advice and take treatment as required.
do not worry it may be a normal pregnancy
even it is otherwise you will receive proper treatment
by 2 wks missing the period preg test should have been positive
if it is missed period it will be managed accordingly
if you are not having any other problem except excess discharge you may just wait .
a consultation with gynecologist will be reassuring for you
