Concerned For Low BP While On Lisinopril And Metroprolol
I am 64 years old. I am on 40 mg Lisinopril and 50 Metroprolol. My blood pressure had been running 150/80-92 for several days even with the medication. Then just like that for the last 4 days it has been 94-100/62-64. Should I be concerned with the sudden drop. Feel fine.

Antihypertensive medicines needs to be titrated sometimes according to Blood pressure. the concern is low BP can sometime leads to blackouts or dizziness and if you are doing some work that time like driving or operating some machine then it could be dangerous.
I would like to suggest you to decrease the dose of Lisinopril to half for a week and keep monitoring your blood pressure daily at same time to see if your BP stays within normal range 140/90 mmhg which I think will.
