hi i was 13weeks pregnant and started spotting,went immediately to the hospital and was warded.The following day an ultrasound was done however there was no heartbeat.later on that day i miscarried.what could have been the cause of the feutus dying.i dont smoke consume alchohol,took my vitamins,however my job requires alot of standing.

There could be various reasons for the miscarriage to have taken place, but one of the most common cause is a hormonal insufficiency that can be corrected. Of course the strain caused by the standing job could have been an additional factor, but speak to your doctor if you really wish to know the exact cause and avoid further complications in future pregnancies.
