Hello,I am 36,I am mother of 2 years old, married.I had ectopic pregnancy ,emergency laparoscopy for removing 8 weeks old embryo with heart beat very well developed.it is going be 3 weeks since my surgery.I experience pain in the left side, mostly on the left ovary, but sometimes it is also on right ovary, but most of the time on the left ovary. It does worry me a lot because during the surgery I had complication superficial subcutaneous emphysema bleeding in the tummy and I woke up with the tube out of my tummy which was collecting blood out, after the day they removed the back and tube, bleeding settled.Unfortunately I have PCOS,and doctors found out I had flimsy adhesions over bowels, ovary and tubes,POD and ovarian fossae.I don t know what causing the pain in my pelvic area .I am breastfeeding mother for my daughter .We would love conceive again one day I really hope it will be possible.I have still both ovaries and right tube normal .My question is should I be worry of the pain what I feel in pelvic area when should I seek medical help ?

Hi, I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) Your history and symptoms suggest PID - pelvic inflammatory disease, I will suggest you to take Tab Orni-O 2 times a day for 5 days.

2 ) To know about the patency of the right tube, X RAY test called HSG will be of help.

3 ) For PCOS issue , I will suggest to indulge in a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Include more portions of fruits, salads and vegetables in daily diet. Drink plenty of water in the day. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and refined sugars. Avoid substance abuse if any. .

4 ) Always indulge in positive things. Be calm and cool. Things will sail smoothly

May God bless you with a bundle of joy.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks
