Hello
Ovarian Cyst Complex is a more severe forms of ovarian cysts that are found on the cysts of females. Usually the content of a cyst is fluid; however in the case of ovarian cyst omplex the cyst also has some solid content in it which makes it really dangerous.
Surgery to remove the cyst or ovary may be needed to make sure there are no cancer cells. Surgery is more likely to be needed for:

Complex ovarian cysts that don't go away
Cysts that are causing symptoms and do not go away
Although ca-125 is normal but the cyst can still be malignant.
Get the surgery done as early as possible.
Thanks

hello,
welcome to hcm
thanks for the query
first of all your ca-125 level is normal. means its not cancerous.
surgery is needed if it bigger in size around 7 cm and its not a functional cyst or cysts in both ovary
it can be reduced by medications. if not reduced then it can be removed through laparoscopic procedure by preserving the ovary and fertility
so consult all things with your gynecologist and he will give you proper advice
take care
