Hi thanks for your question.
Difficulty in swallowing along with pain throat means your also having pharyngitis along with sinusitis. Sinusitis is usually complication of untreated pharyngitis. pain in ear tiredness and weird head are due sinusitis. Sinus infection is little difficult to treat as penetration of drugs is poor in bone. You have taken plenty of antibiotics with no relief. Consultation with an ENT specialist is advisable who may examine you sinus through a very small fiberscope. He/she may perform FESS that is functional endoscopic sinus surgery to eradicate infection from sinus

ENT Specialist Dr. Vaishali Mehta's  Response
Hello from HCM,

Thanks for your query. The pain in your ears could be due to an associated middle ear infection. Following a bad cold or sinus infection, infection can ascend through the Eustachian tube into the middle ear. The other cause for the pain is it could be a referred pain i.e the pain in the throat is referring to the ears due to the common nerve supply. Would recommend you to get it examined to see if the infection from the sinuses/ throat has completely cleared. Any over the counter pain medicines like ibuprofen can be taken for the pain. Steam inhalation will help relieve the pressure in the sinuses.

Thanks and take care
