Complete Heart Block,managed With Permanent Pace Maker And Taking Acetrom,thyroxin And Eptoin

i am 62 yrs old & male. medical history: Undergone piles operation in 2006, follwed by sigmoid colestomy to remove stenosis in anal passage, not recovered. after that amino plasty done and colestomy closure in 2007. on 09.12.2010, feeling severe headche and neck pain . done brain ct angio. diagosis was type iv right tentorial edge dural avf. onyx embolization done on 14.12.2010. on 09.03.2011 sudden onset transient loss of conciousness, drowsy, localises pain, bp-120/70, pulse- 32/min, ecg- CHB, diagonsis- complete heart block . Temporarily managed with pacing follwed by permanent pace maker, on 12.03.2011. presently taking medicine- acetrom 4 mg/once, thyroxin - once, liv52/once,eptoin- 1 tab/tds, beco special-1cap/once. seeks advice.

Hi,thanks for query.You are having multiple system problems.Please make sure you maintain an active life style.Keep doing exercise on regular basis,watch you diet and take proper precautions.In case of shortness of breath you should ignore this and visit your doctor as soon as possible.You are already having history of thromboembolic event you need to be careful.
