Color Of Penis Turning Dark, Alcoholic, Unprotected Sex. Any Disease?

I m 48 yrs old and is a fair skin Chinese and my penis is like turning very dark in color, not black yet. I m a regular alcohol drinker, work a lot and have multiple sex partners all these years. I dont like to use condoms during sex. Could it be the reason for my penis turning darker and darker? Is it a symptoms of any disease related to penis?

Hi,

Color change of penile shaft is of no medical importance.

I think , It may be due to excessive and heavy rubbing.

And,rough oral sex might have promotted to incrase the color.

So, do not worry, but still you consult dermatologist.

All investigations may be undertaken to rule out HIV and other STDs and internal diseases.

And, be conservative in sexual life and have protected sex for prevention of STDs in future.
