Cold, Throat Pain, Runny Nose, Dizziness. Uncomfortable After Taking Prescribed Levoflox, Dolo 650. Suggestions?

Dear Doctor. I have been suffering from cold since saturday. I had a slight throat pain, along with running nose and also little dizziness and my head felt heavy. I consulted a doctor nearby who prescribed me levoflox 500 and dolo 650. However, after taking levoflox last night, I had a vomitting sensation coupled with insomnia and giddiness. The medicine makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. Please suggest what I should do?

Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
You must stop taking Levoflox.
You must get an ENT consultation.
Get your ears checked and get done a Pure tone audiomery(hearing test)
You might have developed nasal infection and then infection has gone to the ears.
Till then you can take
Tab. Cefexime
Tab. Ebast DC
Tab. Chymoral plus
Multivitamin
Tab. Dolo sos (if required for fever)
Xylometazolin nose drops . but for five days only.
