Ideally you need to have a CT scan of your chest. Check your immune level. Check your sputum for an special bacteria. if you get fever at night with night sweats
and weight loss
, then you need to check out for TB. It is a completely curable and treatable condition if it is TB. If you have cough mainly at night or in morning you need to have breathing test to check if you have asthma or similar conditions like COPD even though you are very young. I hope you don't smoke. !!
