General & Family Physician Dr. Polash Sannigrahi's  Response

Hello dear...
The symptoms as mentioned in your post & the elevated eosinophil count suggest that you might be having Allergic rhinitis.
Allegra is Fexofenadine, an antihistamine preparation which provides relief from symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis.
Montair is Montelukast, which is used as a maintenance therapy to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergies & asthma
So..the medicines given by your Doctor is correct...please continue them as advised.
Other than that...maintain adequate hydration & take a healthy balance diet.
Also make sure that you are well protected from cold, dust & other allergens.
Wishing you a good health.
Thanks & take care.

General Surgeon Dr. Hari Charan Perigela's  Response
I think you got viral infection.
The drugs you are taking are not sufficient.
To prevent bacterial infection, you have to take Anitbiotics which work on the respiratory tract.
Anti inflammatory drug has to be taken which reduces pain and also inflammation.
Please consult your ENT doctor and chest physician.
Wish you speedy recovery.
