Cold, Cough, Infections, High Fever, Weakness, Lack Of Stamina. Will Revital Help?

my son is very prone to cold and cough he is 25 years old but keeps catching infection followed by high fever and a lot of weakeness after that, should I put him on Revital for building his body resistance for some time ? how should I improve his health and stamina he lacks stamina as well because he is a poor eater as well!

no revital and other multivitamins are not useful at all.
please try xaria or monticope at night.get chest xray esr and montoux test done .follow after that
