Cold Chills, Hot Flashes, Dizziness, Stomach Sick, Very Less Sleep. Reason For Above Symptoms?

I have recently been very busy the past week and didn't have hardly any sleep, and since then I've had cold chills, hot flashes, dizziness, fainting feeling and feeling sick to my stomach. I've had a little bit of sexual activity but not sex and his penis hasn't been on me, yanno. So I know I'm not pregnant. Do you know what's going on with me?

Hi, you have not mentioned your menstrual history.

These may be just your regular hormonal changes before your period comes. These may be due to some other pathology in your abdomen also. I will suggest you to get a USG of whole abdomen to rule out any serious pathology alongwith few blood investigations like complete blood profile, thyroid profile and blood glucose.

Good luck.
