Hi, my 2 and half year old son has developed a cluster of dark spots around his anus hole. He is potty training and originally i thought maybe he was pushing hard on the potty and casued irritation but now I m worried because the spots have not gone away and it appears there are more. The only thing I can fins is something called PJS but he doens r appear to have any freckles in his mouth....pleaes help.
