Clicking sound coming from knee when climbing stairs. Advise?

Hi just looking for a bit of help..I've noticed this popping clicking sound which I'm pretty is coming from my only occurs when walking upstairs..
Recently have started swimming once or twice a week and walking more with stretching at home..could this be to blame ?
Have no pain but it's just a embarrassing as am only 32not82:-(

Clicking sound at knee should not be assumed abnormal until unless it is associated with pain.This may be a early sign of arthritis but it is not necessary.Clicking sound at knee can also be due to snapping of tendon at the knee.

You should take preparation of glucosamine & do quadriceps exercises of knee-
