Clear, Odorless Discharge, Sharp Pain In Lower Abdomen After Urination. History Of C Section Followed By Missed Periods. Ideas?

I had a cesection 11 weeks ago and also had a uterine isolation done. The dr said he cut my tubes to permanently prevent future pregnancy. My problem is that I still am experiencing a lot of clear odorless discharge. It is so much I've thought several times I had started my period but it's just the discharge. I haven't had a menstrual cycle since the cesection. I did breastfeed for the first month but stopped. Also often when I empty my bladder I have a lot of sharp pain in my lower abdomen. Any ideas as to what's causing the discharge, no period yet and pain during urination?

Hi,

Discharge is caused most probably by infection - perform an analysis of vaginal swab and discharge culture.

Pain during urination might be caused of infection - perform a urine analysis and culture for further evaluation.

Although tubal ligation can prevent future pregnancy, however, there is not a 100% guarantee. Therefore, I suggest to do a pregnancy test and the others as mentioned above.

Hope it helped!
