After reading your clinical history i suspect that due to chronic infection in the tooth had lead to abscess
and swelling of the face, such type of infection can spread to the adjoining spaces of the neck so need to be treated fast.
Visit the Dentist
soon and get the checkup done take the x-ray of the tooth, depending upon which it can be extracted or RCT treated.
Take a complete course of antibiotics and anlgesics.
Take warm saline gargles and antiseptic mouthwash rinses.
As the abscess will be drained the facial swelling will subside.
