Clear Fluid In My Ear And Its Popping And Kinda Hurting.

I woke up with clear fluid in my ear and it is popping and kinda hurting a little. I have been sick for about 2 weeks with a runny/stuffy nose. it leaks out when i turn on that side.

Hi,
You need to see a ent doctor asap.You have an infection of the inner ear and it needs to be examined to make sure there is nor perforation of the ear drum.Antibiotics should clear the infection.

i looks like you are suffering from acute suppurative otitis media, and it is most likely that your ear drum is perforated. Consult an ent surgeon immediately. Do not try to clean your ear canal with cotton buds and avoid coughing loudly and violently. Antibiotics like augmentin cv should take care of the infection but since it is suppurative you can send the sample for culture sensitivity and go for culture specific antibiotics
