Clay colored stool, bloated tummy, no relief with anti-gas medicines. What can be done?

My son was vomitting and had diarrhea about a week ago. Brought him to the doctor a week ago but they never gave him medication . Now he s been having clay colored stool and his tummy is bloated. I gave him some anti gas medicine thinking it s just gas. But it s been a fee days since he s having clay colored stool and he s tummy is still bloated. Now im really getting concerned about his situation

Hi thanks for the query. Please give his stool sample for stool routine. If he is having foul smelling stools with mucus and pus then we need to give medicines. You can try probiotic like Econorm sach mix in 10 ml milk and give two times a day for 3 days
