Chronic Pain. On Methadone, Levidromoran. Doing Pain Management. Continue?

hi!, are there any pain management doctors online at the moment?
If so,my Q is,if i am a long time chronic pain pt,and have been on METHADONE 10mg-100mg per day(50mg bid).now i was in a car accident a few weeks ago,and my doctor has added 12mg's of LEVO-DROMORAN to my regiment...is that a good,effective regiment to be on?

However pain management comes into picture when the pain is unbearable and the cause cannot be rectified immediately.
