Chronic Constipation, No Bowels Without Medicines, Tests Normal. How Can I Cure This?
i would like to get some help from a specialist in chronic constipation problems. It s been more than 12 years that my organism do not function at all and there is no bowel movement at all without medication . i went to many doctors here in my county but nothing. i did all the necessary examinations and i have no physical or organic problem. can you help me?

Follow the advices properly-
1. Take more fibre containing food.
2. Take plenty of water.
3. Avoid fried and junk food.
4. Do regular physical exercise
Consult with physician for further proper management.
