In such conditions we in ayurveda prefer a procedure which is called kati vasti. The area above involved vertebra is isolated and slightly heated medicated oil is kept over this area for about 45minutes daily for some days. Patients usually feel relief after 2/3 sittings and total cure may come in 15/20 days. Along with this internal ayurvedic medicines are also prescribed for better response. You can seek expert opinion at HCM.
