Child With Vomiting, Fever And Constipation. Any Advice?
My 3 1/2 year old began with a stomach bug on Wednesday. She vomited for about 24 hours off and on, and was running a fever. The stomach issues seem to be gone, but she has not had a bowel movement for a couple days. Her fever also keeps recurring. It is between 101 and 102.5, and does go down with tylenol/ibuprofen. However, she has had a fever off and on for 4 days now.

is she also complain of dysuria that is pain during micturation, increase frequency of micturation
sore throat or abcess any where on body,
usually diarreahe of this nature is not accompanied by fever
give her extra fluid, ORS, get her complete blood count and urine re and report me back
