Child With Swollen Lymph Glands And Tonsils With Difficulty Swallowing. How To Treat This?
My 4 year ahs been have problems with his swollen lymph glands and tonsils we have been referred to the hospital for further advice. Today he has been very pale and coughing when I have looked in his mouth his right tonsils is touching his uvula and he is struggling swallowing what should I do?

Most probably he is suffering from tonsillitis.
Give antibiotic and pain reducing medicine like ibuprofen for 5 days.
Give liquid diet for the time being specially warm liquids.
If no improvement Consult ENT surgeon.
