Child With Stuffy Nose, Fever And Cough. Pinkness On Both Eyes. Suggestion?

Hello my 4 year old has a fever of 101.9 and the only thing i cause see might cause it is a stuffy nose and cough but i am a little concerned about the pinkness around the outside of both eyes. They are not pink on the inside just the outside and he has drainage from the right one! Can you please tell me what i can do or if i need to take him to his doctor.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
It is looking like viral illness with upper respiratory tract infection and right eye conjunctivitis. For fever you can give Tylenol syrup in prescribed dosage and consult your Pediatrician for examination of your child and for medication
