Child with red bumps above anus, causing very pain. Suggestion?

Hi, I have some sort of red bump (quite small) above my anus . It just appeared today and I m not sure what is it. It s quite painful and when I went to the toilette, (number2) it really hurt. I m only 10 and I ve just began to develope. I haven t told my mum or dad yet and it s quite embaressing so please don t reveal it on the website, thanks

red bump above the anus due to infections, allergy or external hemorrhoid so tell your problem to your parents and get an examination by doctor until then take sitz bath that is sit in warm water for 10 minutes. repeat for three times a day and have fiber rich diet , drink fresh fruit juices and plenty of water to avoid constipation.
