Child With Recurrent Vomiting Triggered By Cough Or Belch, Has Good Appetite, Is Well Hydrated. What Could Be The Cause?

My 4 year old has vomited 4 times over the course the past week. He does not have a good appetite but he is eating a little. He is still urinating and does not appear dehydrated. When he throws up, it is usually preceded by a cough or belch.
