Child With On And Off Pain In Abdomen While Travelling. Better With Massaging. Possible Travel Sickness?

Hi there. over the past few weeks my 2 and a half year old daughter has complained of tummy ache on several occasions. I have noticed a few of those times have been when we have been travelling. Today she got very upset about the pains on the bus and was screaming which is quite unusual for my daughter, and she would only calm down and stay calm if I massaged her tummy. She poos on a daily basis so don't think its constipation. Could it be caused by travel sickness?

Hello,
May be due to .
1 Motion sickness , as few patient develops this type of nausea and vomiting with mild cramps in stomach.
2 Diesel or pétrole fumes develop nausea due to inhalation in lungs . This is mainly due to allergy and sensitiveness in few patients . Antihistamine is the best treatment .
3 Full stomach causes nausea .If some patient travels immediately after meal they feel such type of stomach discomfort .
In my opinion at present , this is not a cause of concern .
Take simple measures as mentioned above.
