Child with loose motion, no solid intake only liquid. Suggestions

my son is 13 months old.he is having mild loose motion(2 times since last 6 hrs)for the last 3 days.its the 2nd time since the last 20 days.buts thats not whats worrying concern is he is not taking any solid food but he is happy to have liquids.can you help me out.he had fever on the onset but it went away with crocin.

Your baby is having diarrhea which is viral in nature and settles in few days.
With any infective process appetite is decreased.
Do not worry about it.
Give oral rehydration solution after each loose stool,give coconut water,lemonade,buttermilk,curd.
Give probiotic like lactobaccilus for 2 to 3 days.

2 times in 6 hrs loose stool is normal, but there should be passage of urine not more than 8 hours. baby will take solid also after acute infection recovered. and pleasec write us about how you feed your baby.
