Child With Diarrhea, Lack Of Appetite, Stomach Pain And Sore Throat. Swollen Tonsil. Worried About The Hallucinations Due To Fever

My granddaughter has had yeiiow, very watery diahrrea, a poor appetite, has been lethagic and sleepy, and unusually teary/upset. She has not had any stomach pain and has not been vomiting. Her throat was sore for a day or so and her tonsil on one side is a bit swollen. She has been hallucinating at night but apparently without a raised temperature. She says that when people talk fast to her she feels a bit dizzy.
