Child With Creamy Stuff On Penile Opening, Does Not Take Sufficient Water. Sign Of Infection Or Wet Dream?

Hi, my 3-and-half son had shown a peculiar sign last night. My wife found that at the opening of his penis , there was some creamy stuff, and it stuck with his undergarment; it was a bit sticky like when you use a kind of cream. I am worried about this; is it possible he has infection or he had had a wet-dream? He does not drink much water. Milk and sometimes water mixed with sugar are what he takes most of the time? Please help!!

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic,
The creamy stuff at the opening of his penis is called smegma which is normally present below the prepuce in the groove.
Nothing to worry.
While giving the bath, the penis area should be cleaned gently so that the accumulation of smegma wont be there and the local infections can be prevented.
The cleaning should be gentle.
Give adequate amounts of oral fluids.
Wet-Dreams in this age group is not seen.
