Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query,
Continue exclusive breast feeding till the completion of 5 months and from 6 months onwards home made or commercially available infant solid complimentary feeds can be started to meet the hunger of the child.
Infants may pass stool once in 4 to 5 days and it is not considered as constipation. But if the stool is hard, like hard pellets and having discomfort and crying with pain while passing stool then we can say child is constipated.
Weight is good.
Hope i have answered your query.
