hello my name is michelle scott, and i was wonting to ask u a couple question about my two year old boy Zayden . well monday i took him to the urgent care harbin clinlent in rome ga and he had to take the strep test and he had it basily i just wont to know what i can give him sents hes been throwing up cause i do know thats one of the symptons he has not been running a fever he has been acting normal drinking good n eating i just wont to kno what i can give him for vomiting ,many over the canter med. please write back thank u so much

Hello
Recent onset vomiting without any fever and altered bowel habit suggests gastritis.
Strep test is indicated in case of fever with pharyngitis or tonsillitis. Strep test is negative indicates he has no streptococcal infection.
As his oral acceptance is good give plenty of fluids to replenish the loss. You can also give antiemetics like ondensetron along with antacid to relieve the symptoms.
