Child suffering with high fever, chest congestion. What should be the dosage for combiflam and crocin suspension?

My son, 5 and a half years old, is suffering from high fever since the afternoon today. He has chest congestion. Have been giving him crocin suspension ( 15 ml) but fever does not subside. So have given him 7.5 ml of combiflam suspension twice with a gap of 6 hours. He is 16 kgs now. Please let me know the correct dosage for combiflam and crocin suspension / tablet for my son.
