Hello Good Evening,

You child is suffered from viral illness, nasal congestion and loose motion can occurs in it.
The Last decision would be of clinician who is handle the case, but in my opinion syp. oflomac-m should be stopped, because it is not recommended in children due to it's adverse event like arthropathy.
Darolac and T-cef are right but for nasal congestion, normal saline i.e. Nasoclear or Otriwin-S should be used.
Please discuss with your pediatrician but as per my suggestion after 3 days of treatment now continue with Darolac sachet and otriwin-S saline only, nothing else.

Regards.
