Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Continue to breast feed your baby.

It is good to breast feed till 2 years of age. It helps in brain development.

You should also encourage her to eat various kinds of foods. Do not fight or force her to feed.

Forcing her to feed will results in feeding problems.

Encourage her to self feed. Reward and encourage her how well she is self feeding.

The whole family should sit and eat together and we should show a example by eating right things and telling how good a fruit or curry tastes.

A kid should not be shown a TV show or some thing else and food be pushed into her mouth.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
