Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
It is looking like myalgia or myositis as viral fevers are associated with muscle pains. Give proper rest, adequate oral fluids and proper nutritious diet and you can give multivitamin supplementation and if the pain is sever you can give ibuprofen in prescribed dosage . if problem persist consult your Pediatrician.
