Child Passing Blood In Stools. Hurts To Pass Stools. What Could Be The Reason?

hello, my 4 year old son had just went poop and when I went to help him clean himself I notice he had blood on the outside of the stool and that it was a bunch of little pebbles smashed into one giant stool. I asked him if it hurts when you poops and he said yes. this seems to happen every so often. what can I do to help him?

Your child mus be passing hard stools.
Give him plenty of fluids,green leafy vegetables,salads,fruit.
Stop all kind of junk food.
