Child hit her head, hurting. Stomach pain. Should I consult the doctor?

My 7 year old daughter fell of the monkey bars and hit the left side of her head/face. There isn t a bump, but she said her head hurt then stopped and is now hurting again. Also, her stomach is now hurting. She has not vomited, has not her wanted to go to sleep until now, bedtime. Should I let her go to sleep? The fell happened 3 hours ago. She is alert and knows what is going on. Should I take her to the doctor?

The trauma occurred looking like a minor injury as there are no symptoms of concern. For pain you can give paracetamol or brufen depending on the severity of pain . Watch for any alerting symptoms like projectile vomitings, fits, altered behavior, and paucity of limb movements and report accordingly
