He also has symptomps of what i believe is allegies, red swollen itchy eyes, dark under the eyes. I dont know if these are connected but i wanted to know if i should take him in to the ER?

thanks for using health care magic

Chest pain, belly ache and loss of appetite cannot be explained by a hit on the head. On the contrary, it is probable that the cause of the chest pain, loss of appetite etc was the reason he fell if he did fall.

Red, itchy eyes are commonly caused by allergies which is most often seen in individuals with family history of asthma, hives, atopic eczema etc.

It would be better to take the child to the ER for an in dept evaluation and for appropriate investigations. It is better to take the child to the ER and be re-assured after examination and tests than to stay at home and the child gets worse.

Hope this helps.
