Thanks for your query.
Your child is having gastroenteritis which is mostly viral in nature and takes few days to subside.
Most important is to maintain hydration.
Give oral rehydration solution sip by sip after each loose stool.
Give coconut water,lemonade,curd,rice porridge.
Give lactobaccilus for 2 to 3 days
For vomiting give domperidone as per dose.
In case symptoms persist get him evaluated by pediatrician for proper management.

Wishing your child good health.
God bless.

Hello Ayana,

Thanks for posting,

Your son is suffering from stomach flu or viral gastroenteritis and with presentation of greenish stool that shows that there is either bile secretion or a bacteria infection present afterwards. Bloating and pain are as a result of this infection. I suggest you get your child's stool analyzed for bacterial, fungal, amoebic or parasitic infections so that a course of treatment to eradicate either of them can be started.
Even though the stool is normalizing it is still advisable to run the stool exams, as this might be temporary and your child risk having recurrence. Continue feeding and give him non-beverage drinks.

Hope this helps
